The Happy, Not Satisfied® Secret Weapon: My Wife

I have gotten some incredible feedback on the launch of Happy, Not Satisfied. Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to check it out, to follow, like, comment, share the content and send me a note. Much of what I hear is about the “look and feel” of the brand and the overall visual aesthetic of my website and social media accounts. I could sit here and take all of the credit, but that would’t be representative of reality.

For all of you fellow Hamilton fans out there:

“Yo! Turns out I have a secret weapon.”

That secret weapon is my wife, Eleanora Morrison.

Ellie has been with me from the inception of this idea, throughout all of its development, tweaking, adjusting, editing, refining, etc. and she remains a driving force behind everything I put out through Happy, Not Satisfied. Nothing that you see on this website, on Facebook, on Instagram, on YouTube or in any videos or images I post would be possible without the creative conceptualization, elevated eye, brand message/vision guidance and overall digital communication and publishing prowess that Ellie provides.

Ellie is an uplifting and positive spirit, whose contagiously genuine optimism was the inspiration for my wellness transformation. I have her to thank for any successes that I have been fortunate enough to experience since we met almost ten years ago.

Aside from being the light of my life, Ellie is a brilliant content producer and creative director, working with top brands in San Antonio and beyond to create beautifully curated digital media content campaigns. She started her own lifestyle brand and blog in 2015, “Eleanora,” that has since evolved throughout the years to encompass every facet of multimedia storytelling. From blogging to editorial to podcasting to video…she has created it all with an admirable dedication and at the highest levels of execution.

The digital magazine she started from scratch in 2018 —the editorials produced and published underneath the Eleanora umbrella—won Magazine of the Year at the 2019 Texas Fashion Awards. She now produces and hosts a wildly popular interview series called “Eleanora LIVE!” that she films and broadcasts from the little pink couch in her office inside of our home. When it comes to being a talent in front of the camera or behind-the-scenes, I’m not sure what it is that she can’t figure out how to do.

Happy, Not Satisfied has been a creative outlet for both of us, and it has made our marriage stronger than ever, as it has provided an opportunity for us to work on something together. Our collaboration has caused our partnership to blossom into a more meaningful bond than we thought possible, and I am excited beyond words for our future.

If you are looking for help with content creation or need guidance on a creative path forward digitally, Ellie can help you. Drop her a line at hello@eleanora.co and let her know what you need. I am certainly one happy client, but she has countless others. Have a look around her website and her Instagram to fully grasp the depth of her talents and the services she can provide.

I often hear a quote, “behind every great man is a great woman”. Well, I can tell you with certainty that Ellie is in NO way, shape or form BEHIND me. We move through life side by side, lifting each other up and supporting each other every step of the way.

So, thank you to everyone that has reached out with kind words about Happy, Not Satisfied. Now you know that I have a secret (or, if you know exuberant Ellie in person, maybe not-so-secret) weapon to pick me up when I’m down, push me forward when I have doubts and bring out the best in me personally and professionally. I humbly hope I may always do the same for her.
